Global Preconstruction is a catalogue of pre-construction real estate projects and an informational intermediation service. We connect people interested in investing with developers and their projects.

We are not the developer or the seller of the published projects unless expressly stated. Any purchase is agreed directly between you and the relevant developer.

The information here is not an offer

Prices, availability, delivery dates, returns and project features are informational, largely come from the developers, and may change without notice. Renderings are artistic representations and do not necessarily reflect the final result.

Nothing published is a binding offer, an investment recommendation, or financial, tax or legal advice. Verify the information and consult your own advisors before committing to an investment.

Your account

Some information requires an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register and for keeping your password secret. Tell us if you detect unauthorised use.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are used fraudulently.

The AI assistant

The site offers an automated assistant that answers questions and can book a virtual presentation. Its answers are generated automatically and may contain errors: they do not replace each project's official information or dealing with our team.

Do not share passwords, banking details or identity documents with the assistant.

Virtual presentations

You may book an informational video call with our team. Booking it does not reserve any unit nor create any right over a property. We may reschedule or cancel it with reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, brand and content selection of globalpreconstruction.com belong to us or are used under licence. Each project's images and materials belong to its developer. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and the service available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for your investment decisions, nor for the performance of the developers you contract with.

Changes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of México, with the competent courts of Ciudad de México having jurisdiction unless consumer law grants you a different venue.
