Once listed, each project opens a fixed-duration IPO window — typically 30 to 90 days. Early investors access the lowest entry price and best unit selection, just like a stock IPO.

Reserve your access

Submit a reservation with no financial commitment. This secures your position in the queue. Our team contacts you with the full financial package and timeline.

Due diligence

We share developer track record, notarial documentation, construction timeline, and projected returns. You review everything before committing a single dollar.

Investment

If everything checks out, you proceed directly with the developer under a legally binding pre-sale contract. GP acts as the verified marketplace — not a financial intermediary.

Delivery & exit

Your unit is delivered at completion. You can move in, rent, or sell at market price. Historical pre-construction appreciation in our markets has ranged from 18% to 45% annually.

What is the minimum investment?

How do I get paid?
