Financing.

Buy preconstruction in Miami with the payment structure that fits you. GP does not lend: we connect you with mortgage partners who specialize in international buyers.

How preconstruction is paid

  1. 01 · DURING CONSTRUCTION

    Developer deposits

Paid in cash, following each project’s payment plan. They typically add up to 30%–50% of the price.

  2. 02 · AT COMPLETION

    Final balance

You can pay it in cash or with a foreign national mortgage.

Mortgages apply at closing, not during construction.
