What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Identification and contact details you give us: name, email, phone and country, when you create an account, register interest in a project, book a virtual presentation, or write to us through a form or WhatsApp.
• Details about your investment interest: approximate budget, profile type (buyer, agent, developer) and the projects you look at, when you tell us.
• Browsing data: pages you visit, where you arrived from, campaign of origin, device type, browser and language, and a time zone from which we infer an approximate country.
• Conversations with our AI assistant, when you choose to use it.

What we do NOT collect

We do not store your IP address for analytics, we do not ask for financial data or identity documents through the site, and we do not process sensitive personal data. We never sell your data.

Why we use it

Purposes necessary for our relationship with you:

• Answering your requests for information about projects.
• Creating and maintaining your account, and giving you access to documents and prices.
• Scheduling and holding the virtual presentations you request.
• Sending you confirmations and follow-up on what you asked for.

Additional purposes

We also use your data to understand how the site is used and improve it, and to send you communications about projects that may interest you. You can object to these purposes at any time by writing to us, without affecting the handling of your requests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or assign your data. We share it only with providers who serve us and may process it solely on our instructions:

• Supabase — database hosting and account management.
• Resend — delivery of the emails we send you.
• Cal.com and Zoom — scheduling and video call for virtual presentations.
• Anthropic — processing of conversations with the AI assistant.
• Railway — application hosting.
• Google Tag Manager — loading of measurement tools, when enabled.

International transfers

These providers run servers outside Mexico, mainly in the United States and the European Union. Your data may be processed in those countries under the contractual safeguards we hold with each provider.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and afterwards for the period needed to meet legal obligations. Browsing data is kept for at most 24 months. If you ask us to delete your account, we erase your data except what we must retain by law.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction if inaccurate, its deletion when you consider it unnecessary, or object to its processing for specific purposes. You may also withdraw your consent.

Write to info@globalpreconstruction.com stating your name, a way to reach you, which right you wish to exercise and over what data. We will respond within 20 business days.
