It is developed by Continuum Company, founded by Ian Bruce Eichner, in partnership with Aksoy Holdings. It is the second Continuum-branded project after Continuum South Beach.

The project broke ground in March 2025, with delivery expected in early 2028.

There are 198 residences with one-to-four-bedroom layouts plus penthouses, arranged in collections from Bay Lofts to Sky Residences and penthouses.

What amenities does the building offer?

More than 60,000 sq ft of amenities, including a waterfront restaurant, two resort pools, a bayfront jacuzzi, a spa, a fitness center, an indoor sports court, a private marina and a watersports dock.

What is the entry price?

Early pre-construction started around $938,000; by 2025 starting prices were around $1.7M, with penthouses reaching roughly $4M.
